You pick a gift format, fill it with your words, photos and videos, preview it and send a personal link to someone close. They open the gift in their browser — no registration needed.

No, you need an account to create a gift: that's how it's saved in your profile and how you get notifications. The recipient doesn't need to sign up.

Tap «Sign up» at the top of the home page → enter your email and a password (at least 8 characters), tick the two consents → «CREATE ACCOUNT →». Confirm your email via the link in the letter, then «Log in».

Love Coupons, Open When, Wish Note, Our Story, The Gift and Memory Box — plus Bespoke, a gift made to order.

Each gift costs 15 $. Bespoke is 20–50 $.

«Create a Gift →» → choose a format → fill in the steps → «STEP 1 · PREVIEW» opens: this is how the recipient will see the gift. To fix something — «✎ Edit», then «Send →».

No. Check everything in the preview and fix it with «✎ Edit». After «Send →» the gift can no longer be changed.

Photo — JPG, PNG or WebP up to 25 MB (we resize it ourselves). Video — MP4, WebM or MOV up to 50 MB (MP4 works best). Voice — MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG or WebM up to 20 MB. Ticket or certificate — PDF or image up to 10 MB. In Memory Box you add links to photos, videos or audio instead of files.

On a coupon tap «EDIT ♡» → the «PHOTO», «VIDEO» or «VOICE» tab → «CHOOSE FILE FROM DEVICE ↑» (or paste a link) → «SAVE COUPON ♡». The files open together with the coupon.

Choose a moment → «CREATE THIS MOMENT →» → «+ ADD…» → «▣ PHOTO», «▶ VIDEO» or «◉ VOICE» → «CHOOSE FILE FROM DEVICE ↑» → «SAVE MOMENT ♡».

On the design step: «02 · A FAVORITE PHOTO» for the opening card, and under «also add» — a video, a voice message or a ticket. Photos for fulfilled wishes are added later by the recipient.

In «OPENING LETTER» you can add a photo that starts the story, and in «YOUR MEMORIES» each memory can have a photo, video, voice note or gift file.

For each quest gift, in «THEY UNLOCK» choose PHOTO, VIDEO, VOICE or SURPRISE and upload a file — the recipient gets it after the right answer. You can also add a «PHOTO ON THE FIRST SCREEN (OPTIONAL)».

In «02 · ADD A MEMORY» write a title and a few words, paste a link to a photo, video or audio into «Photo / video / audio URL (optional)» → «+ ADD TO THE BOX». Memory Box takes links, not uploaded files.

In «Preview», tap «💳 Pay» — 15 $, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. After paying, tap «Send →».

After «Send →», «STEP 2 · SEND» opens: «🔗 Copy link», «✈️ Send in Telegram», «💬 WhatsApp» or «📤 Share…» (if your phone supports it). Save the link — it is shown only here.

Ask them to open the original link from your message in Safari or Chrome rather than inside the messenger, and to copy it in full. Don't copy the address from the browser bar after opening — it no longer contains the private part of the link.

For privacy, the gift link is shown only once — on «STEP 2 · SEND» — and can't be copied again from your profile. If you sent it via Telegram, WhatsApp or another app, find it in that chat. Otherwise tap «👩‍💻 Contact a specialist» and we'll help.

You'll get a Telegram notification (if Telegram is connected), and the event will appear in your profile under «WIVELI INBOX».

As many per day as the sender allowed: when creating Love Coupons, they choose a «DAILY LIMIT» — 1, 2, 3 or 5 a day (3 by default). The sender is notified about each used coupon in «WIVELI INBOX» and in Telegram, if connected.

Profile → «CONNECT TELEGRAM →» → «OPEN WIVELI BOT →» → tap «Start» in @WIVELI_bot. The bot will say your account is connected; back on the site tap «I PRESSED START — CHECK». The link works for 15 minutes.

Instant notifications when a gift is opened or a coupon is used, sending a gift straight to Telegram and quick support. It's optional.

A Telegram account can be connected to only one WI♥ELI account. It may already be linked to another one, or the link has expired (it works 15 minutes and only once) — get a new one in your profile: «GET A NEW CONNECTION LINK».

Check «Spam» and «Promotions». If there's still no email after 10 minutes, try signing up again with the same email.

«Log in» → «Forgot password?» → enter your email → open the letter and set a new password. The link works once and for 1 hour. No letter? Check «Spam». Still stuck — «👩‍💻 Contact a specialist».

Profile → at the very bottom: «Download my personal data» and «Delete my account». To delete, type your email to confirm. Deletion is permanent; gifts you already sent stay with their recipients.
