1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using WIVELI you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
WIVELI lets you create interactive digital gifts and share them with other people, including through Telegram.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your password and everything done through it. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give WIVELI a limited licence to store and show it to the recipients you choose, only to run the service. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload and that it is lawful, and does not infringe others' rights or privacy.
5. Not allowed
Illegal, abusive, hateful or sexual content involving minors; harassment or spam; attempts to break or misuse the service.
6. Paid features
Some features are paid. Prices and what is included are shown before you pay. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal or refund, that right applies.
7. Availability
We work to keep WIVELI available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, WIVELI is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
